The Environmental Protection Agency (Miljøstyrelsen) is a part of The Danish Ministry of Environment.

From the head office in Odense and our locations throughout the country, The Environmental Protection Agency monitors Denmark's environment. By doing that we ensure the Danish people have CLEAN WATER, can breathe clean air, move around in a RICH NATURE and use and recycle products that contain SAFE CHEMISTRY. We support GREEN PRODUCTION in companies and contribute to sustainable development globally and locally.
